Most sacred sexuality teachings rest on psychology, energy work, or tantric cosmology. Light (Omega) is energy, form, expression — everything that arises within awareness. Your body, your feelings, your partner's beauty, the charge between you when polarity is alive. All of it is Light dancing inside Consciousness.

You don't need to be fixed. The self-help model says: you're broken, heal yourself, then you can have intimacy. The nondual model says: you are awareness itself, already whole, already free. Your wounds, your patterns, your stories about being broken — all of that is content arising within awareness. It's real, it matters, it deserves attention. But it's not what you are. Polarity isn't performance — it's truth. When you embody Alpha, you're not pretending to be something you're not. You're resting as consciousness — spacious, witnessing, grounded. When you embody Omega, you're not performing receptivity. You're expressing as energy — flowing, opening, alive. Both are what you already are.
